David Schier graduated from the Wollongong University with a Bachelor of Science (Envirnomental Science) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 1997 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW in July 1998 following further completion of the Diploma in Legal Practice.
Prior to working as a solicitor David was initially employed as a law clerk between 1996 and July, 1998.
David has extensive experience in litigation in the areas of criminal law, traffice offences including drink driving and drive under the influence offences, licence appeals and childrens law. David has also practiced extensively in residential conveyancing.
David established the firm D M S Lawyers in October, 2008 and strives to provide an individual, profesisonal and client focused approach to the practice of law, including the approach of being a “mobile” lawyer, where he comes to you. This approach allows an exteremely flexible approach to the client / solicitor consultations where the client feels comfortable in their own surroundings rather than having to attend a law office. This further provides the opportunity to work around the client’s busy work and family life.
